Turkey Parmesan

Thumb of 2010-11-14/Lynxx/2fb19d

1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 cups milk
4 cups cubed, cooked turky
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp dry white wine
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
5 drops hot sauce
dash of red pepper
*Hot cooked noodles, (I like to use egg noodles, but it's your choice)

Saute onions, celery, garlic and mushrooms in butter in a large, heavy bottomed skillet until tender. Blend in flour, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add next 10 ingredients, stir well and cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over noodles. Serves 8
