Lynxx - taking a break between taking dogs to dogpark and working outside. I can't afford to lose these gorgeous 70 deg days.. supposed to snow on Thursday!! So planting at the last second some lilacs I picked up at 50% off, and starting the Christmas lights. :) When I was a kid, my mom would just get regular biscuits (Pillsbury) and unroll them into a giant glob, then stretch it out. Made an easy cheap pizza. ![]() Never be afraid of a scar. It just means that you were stronger than something that tried to hurt you. The only reason I couldn't do the buscuit dough for pizza, is that they are entirely different, one being yeast as riser, other soda. But a thrifty and good idea, and if you grow up eating something, you have a taste for it that can never be replaced. My mom did things like that too, and although different, I get cravings for those special meals. Like her beef stroganoff, (I think I've already posted it) and she made a concoction of green beans with bacon and onion, russet, that I still have to have at least once every couple of months :) |

Ah, russet taters. Now I know what you're talking about... haven't eaten russets since I found out about Yukon Golds about 6 years ago. Sawwy to be a moron, but it's my specialty. :D Never be afraid of a scar. It just means that you were stronger than something that tried to hurt you.
