| This is for you Dolly :) Honey And Oats Bread  Ingredients: 1 cup milk 1 large egg 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup rolled oats 2 3/4 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 tbsp gluten 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast (or 1 package yeast) Place the ingredients in the bread pan, wet ingredients first, dry last. Put yeast in last. Process on the Basic cycle, Light Crust setting. Yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.  |
