Thank you for writing this piece. We have never met anyone who didn't like chocolate. I would love to see your pictures when you make candy. My mother enjoyed making candy. The only candy I have made is truffles and it is a very rare occasion when I do that.

We do a gourmet cookie exchange with friends in CA around this time of year and chocolate creeps into many of the cookies that show up.
