|this is the closest I can get to that yummy flavor of KFC chicken, without all of the greasy aftertaste.
KFC Chicken Secret Spices
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp powdered sage
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp majoram
1 1/2 tsp thyme
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
3 tsp dry minced parsley
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp onion salt
2 tbsp powdered chicken bouillon
1 pkg. lipton tomato cup of soup mix
Mix all well and seal in a plastic baggie or clean jar until use. Store in a cool area of your kitchen to preserve the spice's flavors.
|I saw on another website that the KFC "secret recipe" had MSG in it... which would explain why so many people love it but cannot digest it.
Never be afraid of a scar. It just means that you were stronger than something that tried to hurt you.

|Yeah Toni, I don't like it either. It's not in my house.|
|I not too sur e abotu the MSG as I allergic to msg and can eat KFC either that or it a very very tiny amount.
I use d to love KFC. Whole family use d to eat there when we was kids and all growing up. Don't go there anymore. Very Very rare. Usually if it the only place around.
I got tired of ordering original and getting spicy and even the chicken finger strips were all spicy from where they been cooking the original in the same grease as hot & spicy.
Got tire d of spending money and having to throw food in the trash. Have tender taste buds and can't eat that spicy chicken stuff.
Lipton tomato Soup Mix? Does it make the outside of the chicken all red looking?

|It does tint the chicken skin starlight. But if you're sensitive, then make it yourself, so you can control the spices to your taste. I hope you like the recipe|
|Sounds yummy. I've sort of learned to cook on boneless breasts... so not sure what to do with the spice mix any favorite ways to prepare it? A good way to cook chicken with the bone-in would definitely be budget friendly! I'm dieting, so definitely not fried...|
