I love these, as mushrooms are one of my favorite things to eat. These are great served with sharp horseradish dressing. Ymmm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about them! Hilarious!

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
20 medium size fresh mushrooms
1 cup cornflake crumbs
canola oil

Heat a deep pan or deep fryer with canola oil added, to 375 degrees.
Combine egg and milk. Beat together well. Stir salt and flour together. Dredge mushrooms into flour mixture and then into egg mixture. Roll into cornflake crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately. Yum Yum Yum!
