Prepared hot coffee (or hot chocolate)
1 cup w/saucer per person
2 Chocolate Mint Pirouette Cookies per person (http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_033W177134110001P?v... these are also available at Costco in big buckets, and sometimes at the Dollar Store!)
1 miniature York Peppermint Patty per cup of coffee (http://www.amazon.com/York-Peppermint-Patties-Mini-Size/dp/B... but you can get these a lot cheaper at Costco)
2 mint leaves per saucer

Pour the coffee 3/4 the way full in each cup. Put 1 miniature York pepperment patty in hot coffee. Place cup on saucer. Put 1 Pirouette cookie in the cup, 1 cookie next to the cup and put the mint leaves artfully placed on the cookie. I'd break the cookie in half and crisscross them, with the leaves on where they crossed over.

Easy, cheap, looks very fancy & foofoo.

You can add half & half to give it a more creamy texture, too.
