New York Rye
Thumb of 2010-11-10/Lynxx/9f3a4f

1 cup water -- plus
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons caraway seed
1 cup rye flour
1 3/4 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
3 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Place all ingredients in your machine, wet first, dry next. Add yeast to top.
Select the Basic/White cycle and press start.

One 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
