Yes, we don't have a real winter here. It will get chilly at night but it rarely freezes. Spring bulbs start with paperwhite narcissus in November and most of the spring stuff is done by some time in March. (My own tulips haven't started to bloom yet but they have buds.) My hyacinths and narcissus are done. Most of the bulbs that are blooming now are bulbs of South African origin like sparaxis, babiana, and freesias. I consider those spring bulbs but maybe they are more like early summer bulbs. Quote | Post #960194 (3)
