I love your snails...we hardy ever get snails here and if so they are super small but we have slugs that are 6-8" long and they are NASTY...

Catherine I have never grown Nerine, how tall are they? The blooms are beautiful.

Nerines are not winter hardy Lynn, even if is oceanic climate is supposed to be quite a mild weather. They are quite tall, around 50/60 centimeters. Now i grow them in plastic pots that I take inside before the deep frosts.

New buds of alcea rosea, quite unusual and I do not think they will last and blloom with the frosts and cynorhodon which are greatly appreciated by birds during the winter
