If it's the RIGHT house, the deal will fall into place. It took me a while to realize that about house buying. I'd want it soooooooooo bad.... and then find out later on that the neighborhood I'd been looking in was in a major flood zone. Or some other horrific thing. I'd get so upset because the deals just weren't going through.

Finally realized I needed to Let Go and Let GOD handle the deal. In no time, this one became available and we got it for a steal! We looked for quite a few years before we found this house. Been here 20+ years now. :-)
