If you want to meet a sweet and loving person with a lifetime of fascinating stories to tell, then let me introduce you to Valleylynn. Have you ever had to defend your family from a bear? Kill a rattlesnake? Encounter an intruder in your home? Feed fish to water moccasins? Me neither. But Lynn has...........
Lynn, I knew you were special from our first encounter here on cubits, but WOW my friend, evidently I never know the half of it. What an exciting life you have lived. I can't wait for the day that we meet in person.
First of all
Thank you Nap for the Spotlight on Lynn
It's such a pleasure reading and sharing part of your life, Lynn.
It has also been such a pleasure getting to know you and Cliff the past few months. I couldn't have met a nicer couple filled with
the zest of life if I tried too. I'll never forget the first day we met in person in the waiting room at the Hosp. and you asked if it's ok
to give me a hug... Goliath attacks petite woman in Hospital "caught on security cameras"
Thanks for your friendship and the wonderful group of people you have at your Cubit.
Your Family photo is wonderful, such a great looking family!
Lynn, you are an incredible woman who never ceases to amaze me! You're so gentle and kind, but brave and courageous too. Honestly, I was pretty surprised from some of your stories. You are truly a blessing to all who know you. Thanks so much for sharing your stories with us and I look forward to hearing more.
Wouldn't that be an awesome gathering, for all of us to be together?
Kin is truly a caring, loving person and was such a lift to my spirits when he showed up at the hospital. I will always love you for that Kin. I don't think most of you know just how tall Kin is, or how short I am.
I was truly blessed when Chris showed up in my Cubit and decided to become a member, along with twit, and to many others to list here. Each has been such an important part of bringing knowledge and ideas to all those wanting to learn and share in growing sedum, semps and related plants.
Our family is truly a mixing pot of cultures representing Native American, English, Irish, Scottish, Lebanese, German, Hispanic, Vietnamese and Cambodian. When we all come together it is truly a time of feasting on foods from all around the world.
Lynn, I just loved reading about your adventurous life so far, just fascinating! Sure wish we could have met the day I was up your way, but at least I know about what kind of person you and perhaps on another trip through we can eventually meet in person.
Sue, I would absolutely love to meet you in person. You have fascinated me from day one with your photos and the awesome trips you take us on, to amazing places. You are such a warm, friendly and helpful person, and have helped me many times.
Gosh, thank you Nancy for telling me more about my friend Lynn.
Well, Lynn, you go girl! I knew their was a lot of spunk about you when you got your hoop houses up so quickly. I was also on the edge of my seat reading about your adventures. You are indeed quite a lady. But the greatest thing I have found about you, and have known it from the beginning, is that you are a genuinely caring person, with a heart of gold. It is my privilege to know you. I am still shaking my head. A stranger in the night, a bear, and a snake. Mercy!
