I have a lovely friend who inspires me with every word she writes. She paints pictures with her words and takes us on trips through sunrises and snowfalls. More than likely she'll take you for a ride on the back of her horse if you ask. Let's go to Oregon for a little while; she's waiting there for us.

Hi Kathleen, I'm waving back. We have another storm just arriving, wind is here already. Hubby will get to use his snowblower again soon. Our old foot of snow has settled to just about half of what it was.

That's a beautiful picture of the moon through the trees!

Stan got to use his snowblower 4 times the other day. What fun. We're up to about 5 feet, more or less.

Thanks, I like that one so well, I've take it about 4 times! lol

stay warm,
k

Wow! By the end of winter you might not be able to see out your windows! Snowblowers are a wonderful invention!

Another wonderful Spotlight. Mary you are truly a testament to the Lord . This world would be so much better with more people like you in it. I know they are around, we just don't hear about them. Which makes Spotlight so great.

Well shut my mouth! Howdy, Mary...

I knew w/out a doubt you were a warehouse of knowledge, life's experiences, and totally "YOU"! It sure is great to see You on the printed page, so to speak. What an insight and inside look at you. I loved reading every word.

Good goin', Sharon, for putting this together and sharing one of nicest people a person could meet. (Not that I'll ever get to Oregon but I've met her online so that counts, too!)

Hung onto every word.
Thanks to you both!

Best,
Shoe

Hi there, Shoe, it's great to see you again. It's been a long time since you and I chatted about farmy, gardeny and just life in general stuff. Had any ersters lately? I haven't, but it's the season, those months with the r's.

Howdy!

Yep, life gets in the way of chit-chattin' sometimes, doesn't it?

And as matter of fact I had oysters the day before yesterday, but only six of 'em. They were on display, smothered in a bed of ice and $1.99/lb. I picked out 6 (only had 3 bucks and some change on me) and dang if those six didn't take my $3.35! Oh well, I scarfed 'em down when I got back to the shoffice, raw with some hot sauce of course. (I was tempted to tie a string around one though...ya know, so once I swallowed it I could pull it back up, re-dip it in the hot sauce, and do it again. Just to get my money's worth, ya see.)

Best!

Thanks so much Sharon for this "Spotlight".

Mary: My dear friend for the past two years. I learned some things about you dear. What a wonderful life story you have. The tip of the iceberg is incredibly interesting, so I can only imagine what the details of your life would reveal.

I'm deeply honored to call you my friend. And I look forward to writing with you again soon.

Shoe, you haven't changed a bit!

Thanks, Randy. I've enjoyed your writings, and being a part of several stories since we "met" a couple of years ago.
