Well I grew up in LA then moved to Eagle rock when I graduated from HS. Then Santa Cruz up in the mountains in a pkace called Boulder Creek over to Palo Alto by the University and then returned to Eagle Rock for a few years...then out to the Sam Bernardino County area for the next 12 years. Went hiking at Joshua National Park, Death valley in November...best time to do that and Chuckawalla Springs for some rock hounding. eventually I moved to Santa Barbara and Ventura hiked the mountains above Ojai. Rockhounding with my Sister Martie took me all over the Mojave area.
