Beginning tonight, Nancy and I will be bringing you weekly words. Sometimes all we need is a word or two and the road in front of us is made much smoother.
This morning I was inspired by a poem. I intended to get a copy of it and forgot. I just remembered it again when I read this and am so happy for the reminder because the words may have been lost to me...and they were so good.
I am glad to see the two of you ladies teaming up to do this. Words spoken or written have power to move the soul. I look forward to your weekly "words"!
We thought the same thing, Maridell.
Sometimes a word or two is all it takes; it lifts our spirits, it sets the pace for our day or our week, makes us smile.
We've been looking for something short to tide us over till a Spotlight comes along and we decided Words might be a good way to do it.
The credit goes totally to Sharon. She's the mastermind of this idea. And she is so right.
Sometimes we just don't have the time to sit and ponder a whole article to bolster our imagination and give us inspiration. But a sentence or two ..... we all have time for that.
So thank you folks for the kind words, and thank you Maridell for proving our point!
Actually, Vic, Nap and I never were very far apart. We just spent a lot of time batting words back and forth between us trying to decide what to do. Now, I think, we know.
Thanks Ladies, maybe our words will provide sunshine along your way.

Me, too, now that I have found this series! I have a habit of just reading my 'watched' threads, and an occasional article. Bad habit--look what treasures I've been missing!
