This is so true. A smile, holding a door open for someone, holding a hand in a hospital waiting room, bringing food when someone is sick, weeding their garden, anything like that is so much more than talent or accomplishments.

That's right. Everyone benefits from habitual small kindnesses. No one benefits from bragging about them.
