I tell my ddi-l that, get the facts!! In today's world with so much social media out there you would think it easier to get the facts but there's a whole bunch of crap (can I say that?) out there to sift through! The School of Hard Knocks also comes to mind. Sometimes people need to learn things the hard way. Shine Your Light |

I think you can say that.  I wanted a quote having to do with the first day of school but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I settled for the above quote instead. What I really wanted was something like this - Many years ago I read something in Reader's Digest that I have thought of every year since. I don't know who to give credit to. "Who decided to make Mother's Day in May? It should have been the first day of school." |
