| Sorry for the delay, I missed seeing the quote of the week. We think before we act. Positive or negative, it all starts with a thought. The real person lives inside this physical body, in our brain. Each of us in a composite of our life experiences which form our beliefs. If we are raised to think that we are the center of the universe, greed and unkindness or at least thoughtlessness is the result. If we are taught that other people's feelings matter, that other people's lives matter then we will be kind and do kind things. Belief>thought>action.
