| It is so much easier for most people to admit to a physical illness than an emotional pain. We often seem to fear letting others know when we are experiencing emotional pain. Even after the loss of a loved one many people hide their grief after a short time period, thinking that others will not understand. But there is no time limit on emotional pain. No one wants to be always down or depressed, but we must be able to share our pains, our sorrows, and our fears or they can and will overwhelm us. |
