A duck is a wonderful adventure!
That's right, my first car was a Ford 1923 Model T! Oh alright, it was not completely stock and there were some modifications. When I was a little girl, I would sit in my dad's lap and we would watch drag racing on tv. I would tell him that I wanted a car just like the racers had. Well, the closest street legal car that we could get was a T-bucket. So, when I was 14 or 15, we started building the car. It took quite a long time (not a kit car, we found all of the parts.) I learned all about cars, how to weld...and how to cuss! Hilarious! Once finished, there was no top and no windshield wipers, so we could only ride on nice days. Boys that I had always wanted to date would ask me out and I would hurriedly say, "yes!" Then they would ask if we could take my car! Or Guys would come to the house and ask if I were at home and when they were told no, they would ask if my car was there! Rolling on the floor laughing

I will find a picture and post...
