With ten seconds left in the game, Purdue had tied it up. They had the ball and the shot clock was running out, Alyssa Karel had the ball, calling time out, off balance, her wishes for the time out clearly stated, the refs chose to ignore! Instead of calling either the shot clock violation or time out, they call Karel for TRAVELING! Turning the ball over to Purdue to make a last second shot. Grumbling Grumbling

With a solid hold of second place possession in the Big Ten Conference on the line between the two teams, Purdue wins by 2 and now, because of that call maintain sole possession of second place.

The call should have been reviewed, instead, onward and upward Glare

The last time we won at Purdue on their court was 1984, before anyone on this team was even born. Shoulda, coulda, woulda.

Bummer for the Badgers. Maybe the ref is a big Perdue fan!
