This is probably our favorite Spring Thing ~ Injected Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate

2010-05-03/TwinLakesChef/23c99e  Put a large bag of chocolate chips in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and set out in the sun.

2010-05-03/TwinLakesChef/9e63b1

Mix half strawberry liquer and half Grand Marnier liquer together and fill injector.

2010-05-03/TwinLakesChef/a2c282 Inject strawberries at stem end.  Some will leak out & you will have a little mess.  When you get them all done place them on some paper toweling to drain and dry off a bit.

2010-05-03/TwinLakesChef/faf9d8Add 1 T oil to melted  chocolate and stir thoroughly.  Now dip each strawberry 3/4 of the way up the side of the berry.

Drop immediately into a bowl of ice water.  You can remove the berries to paper toweling to drain & dry off a bit.
