List of Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic (or to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp (or to taste) fresh ground black pepper
1 16oz can (or equivalent) Pinto Beans, drained
1 19oz can (or equivalent) Cannellini or other white bean, drained
3/4 cup (3oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup fine chopped purple onion
4 Cups torn salad greens |
Preparation
Combine first seven ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well. Add beans and next two ingredients and mix well. Let sit for about 20 minutes. Serve on a plate of mixed greens. | Cookbook Category Salad-Main Dish
