left over soaked dried seaweeds, i used for my plants. the nitrogen from seaweeds, are very beneficial to plants.

see the photo, those round sea weeds are nice to eat. it pops in ur mouth, oozing semi salty but good taste. the dark green sprout like sea weed is nice and crunchy, a wee bit salty but nor very salty. these sea weeds are great with tomatoes and onions. no salt needed cuz the sea weeds has salt in it.

somewhere i read before that sea weeds are considered the most complete food for humans. in the Philippines, there were so many different varieties of sea weeds; each has their own distinct flavor. sea weeds are wash ashore. nothing is wasted cuz some are eaten, some are dried by the people to later use as fertilizer in the gardens.

Main Ingredients:

* 2 Cups Dried Seaweed (GimJaBan)
* 2 Tbsp Oil
* 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Green Onion
* ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic
* ½ Tbsp Water
* ¼ tsp Sugar
* 1½-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
* ½ tsp Sesame Seeds
* ½ tsp Sesame Oil
* â…› tsp Red Pepper Powder (Optional)
