List of Ingredients
8 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped lean cooked ham |
Preparation
Beat first 6 ingredients with fork until blended (do not over beat)
Melt margarine in a medium nonstick skillet or omelet pan
Add egg mixture
As mixture begins to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with spatula and tilt pan so uncooked portion flows underneath
When egg mixture is almost set, spoon tomato and ham over half of omelet and continue cooking until eggs are set
Loosen omelet with spatula and fold in half
Slide onto serving plate
