Recipe Title: Slow Cooker Polenta

This is the easiest way to make polenta, and I have tripled the recipe for a party and it was great.
So delicious served with stew, pasta sauce, sauteed vegetables like kale or chard.

List of Ingredients
2 cups coarse cornmeal
1 tsp salt
6 1/2 cups of water

3 T butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
In slow cooker put the first three ingredients The recipe actually says 1 tablespoon of salt but I found that too salty, so I put in less and then when it was almost finished I tasted it and added a little more salt.

Cook, covered, on the low setting for 3 hours or until thick. If you can, stir once or twice during cooking.

When finished, stir in 3 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup grated parmesan. I added more cheese.

Low setting for 3 hours until thick
