List of Ingredients
4 Uncooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 (15oz.) cans black beans,undrained
2 (15oz.) cans low-sodium, Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 cup salsa
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 B used later.....
Baked tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese of choice |
Preparation
Combine all ingredients Except chips and cheese in large slow cooker
Cover
Cook on low for 8 hours
Just before serving, remove chicken, shred or slice and stir back into soup
Put a handful of chips in individual bowls
Ladle soup over chips and top with cheese.
