List of Ingredients

3 C strawberries, washed & hulled 1 C half & half 1/4 C sour cream 1/3 C - 1/2 C sugar (+/- depending on sweetness of strawberries) 1/4 C - 1/2 C dry red wine 1 C strawberry ice cream Mint to garnish

Preparation

In blender puree strawberries, half and half, sour cream, sugar and wine. Add ice cream, puree again. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with mint. Can water down with orange juice.
