List of Ingredients
2 lb. shredded fresh green cabbage
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preparation
Combine cabbage in greased 2 quart casserole. Cover with sauce. Crush corn flakes slightly. Mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over sauce. Heat thoroughly in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes until cornflakes are browned & crispy.
Could add a small amount of mild cheese but not to overwhelm the cabbage. |
