2 lb. red cabbage, finely shredded 1/4 cup boiling water 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. caraway seed salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cover and cook cabbage in boiling salted water for 4 - 5 minutes or until tender Add sour cream, caraway seed and seasonings to taste Heat and serve at once
