10 medium potatoes 1 ( 8 oz. ) sour cream 1 ( 8 oz. ) cream cheese chopped onion, optional

Preparation

Boil potatoes, season and mash Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly Place in 2 qt. casserole dish Cool, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours Top with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika before baking in 350 deg. oven for 30 min.
