(kinda off the beaten path from dressings)

List of Ingredients

10 slices white bread, firm textured ( leaving set out on cookie sheet over night) 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese; the fresher, the better

Preparation

Brush both sides of bread with oil Sprinkle with garlic salt and cheese Cut into 1/2 inch cubes and place on 15 x 10 x1inch pan. Bake in 300 deg. oven for 30 minutes, stirring and turning once Store in air-tight container

Cooking Time & Temperature

Bake 300*F 30 minutes

Number of Servings: Makes right around 4 cups
