List of Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. Tarragon white wine vinegar 2 tsp. chopped parsley 2 Tbsp. grated onion 1/8 tsp. ground oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 garlic powder 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

Put yogurt, oil, vinegar, parsley, onion, oregano, salt, garlic powder and white pepper in a blender Cover and blend on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy Refrigerate for 2 hours in an air-tight glass jar before serving

Number of Servings: Makes about 1 1/2 cups
