List of Ingredients
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 stick of butter
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1 box of powdered sugar
|Preheat oven to 350 and grease 13x9 pan. Mix the pecans and coconut and distribute in the pan.|
Mix the cake, according to package directions, and gently pour over the nut mix.
Heat butter cream cheese (i do it in the microwave), blend well. Add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mix and stir until well mixed. Drop by spoonfuls on top of the cake.
As the cake cooks, the "frosting" settles to the bottom.
Bake for appx 40 min. or until done. Let cool and invert on to serving plate.
