1 # Tomatillo’s 3 Serano Chilis ( w/ seeds) ¾ C Fresh Cilantro 2 T fresh lime juice 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Nannybee had a tomato tasting dinner one fall so we could all compare the heirloom tomatoes we had grown that summer. This is the salsa she served. It is great to use when there are no fresh garden tomatoes for salsa.
