List of Ingredients

1 peeled English Cucumber, diced 1 medium vine-ripe tomato, diced half of a small red onion, diced 3 Tbl. grated fresh ginger half a bunch of cilantro, roughly-chopped 2 Tbl. toasted sesame seeds 3 Tbl. rice wine vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, chill and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to one hour before serving with grilled fresh fish, chicken, or shrimp
