This is a recipe that I just mixed up one day. I had chicken thawed out but wanted to do something different.
Looked in my pantry to see what I had and this is what I came up with. Knew it needed something for a crust; had a tube of refrigerator biscuits, so put those on top. This really turned out good. Very easy to make as well.
Fun just doing your own thing at times. |
List of Ingredients
6 chicken breasts; cooked and deboned
1 large can Chicken and Rice Soup
1 large can mixed vegetables; drained
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 soup can of milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tube(10count) refrigerator biscuits |
Preparation
Cook chicken and let cool
Cut in bite-size pieces
Add remaining ingredients(except biscuits) and place in lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake in 350 deg. oven until hot and bubbly
Arrange refrigerator biscuits on top and continue baking until biscuits are golden brown. |
