List of Ingredients
1 ( 28 oz. ) can Italian-style tomatoes
2 - 3 cloves garlic,minced
2 cans ( 4 oz. each ) green chilies, chopped
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
33 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cups broth Or milk
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of Tabasco
1 Lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Large size bag of Fritos or chips of choice |
Preparation
Simmer together the tomatoes, garlic, chilies and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir flour into the melted butter until smooth
Add the broth Or milk, nutmeg and Tabasco
Combine with tomato mixture
Add cheese, stir until melted
Serve in chafing dish or in crockpot with setting on warm
