Unusual and yummy top dressing for spicey dishes, or as a dip with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

List of Ingredients

2 cups finey shredded cabbage (red or green or both) 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 or 3 diced Roma tomatoes 2-3 T chopped fresh cilantro (more if you like it) 1-2 finely diced jalapeno chilis - more or less to taste 1-2 tsp fresh lime juice salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Will keep for days.
