List of Ingredients
4 cups chopped onions (about 4 medium)
1 1/2 cups chopped red sweet bell pepper (about 1 1/2 medium)
1 1/2 cups chopped green sweet bell pepper (about 1 1/2 medium)
3 teaspoons salt
1 quart vinegar
2 tablepoons liquid non-sugar sweetener (optional)

Preparation
Combine all ingredients except non sugar sweetner in a large saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a boil, cook until the vegetables are softened and the mixture is slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in non sugar sweetener if using. Ladle hot mixture into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust two piece caps. Process 10 minutes in boilling water canner | Number of Servings: Yield about 5 pints Cookbook Category Canning
