Recipe Title: Tiffany Cups

List of Ingredients
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 egg yolks
5-1/2 tsp sugar
4 tsp Irish cream liqueur or refrigerated nondairy creamer
1 tsp vanilla extract
Coarse sugar and orange curls, optional

Preparation
In a small saucepan, heat the cream over mediujm heat until bubbles form around sides of pan. In a small bowl ,whisk egg yolks and sugar. Remove from the heat, stir a small amount of hot cream into egg holk mixture. Return all to the pan, stirring constantly. Stir in liqueur and vanilla.

Transfer to four stoneware demitasse cups or 2 oz. ramekins. Place cups in a baking pan, add 1 cup boiling water to pan. Bake. uncovered, at 325 deg F for 2-25 minutes or until centers are just set (mixture will jiggle). Remove the cups from water bath, cool for 10 minutes. Cover and refrigerte for at least 4 hours. Garnish with coarse sugar and orange curls if desired.

We gave it five stars for flavor. The downside is that the serving size is about 1/4 cup and we didn't have the correct size baking dish for something that small.

We substituted custard cups, and as you can see in the picture, it doesn't fit proportionally. Even adding the candied orange peel dipped in chocolate did not elevate it.

We prepared some whipped cream flavored with Grand Marnier liquor and piped it on top . . then added more candied orange peel. We felt the candied orange peel put it over the top and the whipped cream gave it the elevation it needed.

Sorry we didn't get a picture after doctoring it up.
