List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 cup mild white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mozerella cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
4 lg. ripe Poblano Peppers
1/2 cup slices jalapenos (optional) |
Preparation
ry ground beef with cumin added, and drain off grease.
Melt cheeses in a sauce pan stirring constantly over very low heat until blended.
Add drained hamburger to cheese; mix well
Cut stem ends of pepper off to create a pocket, remove seeds.
Rinse peppers and stuff with the cheese & meat stuffing.
Place remaining cheese & meat on top of each pepper
Bake in 400 degree oven until peppers are tender.
