Veal Piccata

Assemble ingredients, stir together flour mixture and dredge the veal in the flour; melt butter and olive oil in a skillet. Saute the onions, add veal & brown. This takes only minutes. Remove veal to a platter.

Add mushrooms to skillet and saute until reduced down and moisture has evaporated (2nd picture); Add back veal. white wine & lemon juice. Simmer to blend flavors, add capers and serve

We serve this with Lemon Pasta with Asparagus and garnish with lemon slices.
