What makes for a successful gathering of gardeners? Well for starters (and not necessarily in this order): good weather, good folk from near and far, good conversation, maybe a fun activity or two, some plants to be swapped....and oh, let's not forget the FOOD!
We all know that desserts are the most important food group, but aside from that, do you want people to bring side dishes or salads? Or is that included with the catered food? Just trying to clarify. I'm still trying to work out whether I'll be able to make it, and whether I'll have a husband and kids in tow, or just myself!
Hi Angie, just desserts (the most important food group) this year. We are letting folks order their choice of meal from the menu provided...or to bring a sack lunch for themselves.
