I too am amazed. This is a great idea not only for family but to share with friends too. My neighbor up the street always inviting folks over to eat and this would make a nice Valentine's thank you gift back to them.
thanks for that heart shaped meat loaf recipe. when we were first married i tried to do something like that. deb loves provolone cheese so i bought a big thick pieceand cut it until it looked just like a heart and gve it to her with a valentines card. luckily i ducked before it hit me. LOL just kidding but she told me never to do it again. maybe i'll try the heart shaped meat loaf this year but i don't move as fast as i used to. LOL

Happy Valentines Day!
Meatloaf . . . you either love it or hate it!
I am using this day to show our love for our employees. I have been working physically at our mfg plant for the last year. It has limited my time at home and my time on cubits. But, it has given me the chance to know my employees better and I love them!
So today I am taking food for them. Coconut Shrimp with a dipping sauce, Phyllo with lamb in it, Deep Fried Dill Pickles, and Deep Fried Mac & Cheese. I never cared for Mac & Cheese but everyone else seems to like it. Maybe because it brings back memories of having to make it out of the box for the girls when they were small. It has been popular deep fried in restaurants and has even occasioned the shelves at Trader Joes. We've tried the deep fried pickles in a restaurant and they were soggy. So I'm giving myself the challenge to do better.
PS I'll take pictures.
