|I just got my AARP magazine and there is an article about the most livable neighborhoods and the most livable cities in which to live.
For neighborhoods number 1 was Miffin West, in Madison , Wisconsin
Number 2 was Upper West Side, Manhattanb. 3 was in Boston. 5 was Washburn, La Crosse, Wisconsin.
As far as cities go 5 top spots were in Wisconsin
If you do not belong to AARP I suggest you do join, especially if you plan on getting supplemental medical insurance. I don't know what you have but I can't say enough about United Health Care. My premiums for me and Deb are $416.00 a month ( it will probably be half of that for you) but I have no co-pays at all, I can go to any doctor here and out of the country as long as they take Medicare. All tier 1 drugs are free. Deb recently had knee replacement. She was in the hospital for 7 days and then a rehab hospital for another week and we didn't have to psy a cent.
If you have any questions you think I can help, you with let me know.
Happy Mother's Day.
