Well I fiddled and fiddled and the silly thing is working again but I really need to get a new one. | Thanks Chrissy. I am still learning . I really don't know who to invite here as I only know you and Dianne so far. I thought making the cubit public meant anyone could pop in. glad you are up and running , both computer and feet. We had to buy a new computer last year. | Hello Patti. How nice of you to call in. Hope you enjoyed the cakes. I had a laugh when you mentioned McLeods Daughters as hubby and I can't stand the show. So fake. The scenery was lovely though. I do not envy you the cold weather you get there. We complain of the cold but really it's nowhere near what you get. Today has been lovely and mild. Proper Autumn ( Fall ) weather. Better move off here as hubby like the computer at night. He is a radio ham and talks to his mates in USA every night. Pop in anytime and bring friends. | I agree on the show being fake, most shows are but the scenery and that lovely old home was so worth it. I enjoyed listening to the voices too. We got down to 10 degrees this winter but we are usually in the mid 20's and low 30's for a low. I do like the seasons to change. You are in your Autumn now? We are heading into spring here. | Yes Patti, we start our Autumn next week. I love the Autumn weather but it would be nice to have ha dmore rain up to now. We get really cold winters but mainly the wind chill . There is never snow here. Too far from any mountains. It is very hot today and I am going to sit with a book and a cuppa. I hav ejust watered all my brugmansias and a few other pots. I hav emy Stapelias starting to flower and the smell in the shadehouse is a little bit strong with multi flowers out . Just one is not so bad , but a few, pheewwwww. Love to see you anytime here. | Hi Jean,Chrissy and Patty Found you all. Weather here on the Island is very Tropical...."sweating like a fat chick at a disco",not a good saying but fitting, at the moment. So many new areas to look at on here so this is my very first post on cubits,looks like they have more fun things to add,love all the smilies Like Ausgarden ,eh Chrissy????What do you think?Here's a pic of Ollie recovering in his "Cage". 4 more weeks to rest his knee and than he can ambulate slowly....this doggy specialist must be on drugs or something , to suggest slow ambulation

sorry late as usual ...I am a bit slow on my feet these days  Foot still badly swollen. I like this big new place ...feels roomy and comfortable . umm sorry I didn't bring a plate. hi pattie ...I quite enjoyed Mc'Cloud's daughters until they killed of the sister (went over the cliff in her ute). after that it was all down hill (excuse the pun). Most TV shows are a bit unreal. Nice to hear you liked the voices I thought our voices were dubbed for America because they couldn't understand the lingo. Hi kat ...elaine and mya ...gee we have an International tea shop now! how's that for expansion jean?

| Hello Chrissy, glad you came in. It was beginning to echo in here . Hello Kat, how goes things in turkey land. You haven't washed away down the hill yet ? Chrissy , that pink is eyecatching. Is it a mandevilla ? Elaine, remember those mandevilla seeds you sent last year ? I now have 3 lovely plants about 10"high. I will plant them out in spring. thank you. Patti, you must show us your garden as Spring brings out your flowers Mya, hope the little one is feeling better now. . I have to remember where I am as it is so big here . I will have 2 kitchens to cook in won't I? Please feel free to bring something yummy when you come . It's nice to see someone else's ( virtual ) cooking . | Hello, here I am, Love the new tea room Jean, but don't know if i have room for two cafes in one day! Hello Mya, Pattie, Elaine and Chrissy. I haven't worked out how this all works yet, but made a bromeliad forum in my cubit? I'm the only member. tee hee. Elaine, I reckon I might make room for a lamington. Yummm! Its been very quiet over in Dg hasn't it? I don't think it has anything to do with here, maybe everyones busy with the work that comes with warm weather? Anyway, I'm off for another look around, but glad i found some familiar faces Sue

| Hello everyone. I have been wandering around Chrissy, but have not seen half the place yet. I will pop in and out of some cubits but really only need to join one or two. Hello Sue. I have a pic of my new white flowered ?? brom. It is more pink then white but is not yet fully out. I will post in the appropriate place when it does open. Love your furry friends. The only thing I found in the yard this morning were a mob of a neighbors sheep. Darn things. I don't know why people can't keep their animals in their own place. Luckliy I have gates to all my garden areas and they could only eat around the trees in the drive area. We do have a gate on the road but leave it open for convenience in driving in and out. Have to close it at night now and when we are out. Have a great day. Jean.
