well, I burned my bread. on my silpat, on a pan Ive used for 5 years.
but...I was working on that PB fudge recipe and wasn't paying attention to the time.
it's not burned black, but its dark on top.

I called my brother and said 'fresh baked bread' and he came right away. but he called back later and said, 'weren't you having a problem with your oven last year?'

LOL I said, yeah, yeah, it was the oven's fault Rolling on the floor laughing
My next house will have no kitchen - just vending machines and a large trash can.
