Good morning bread bakers!

I'm new to Cubits and new to this particular cubits, and am so happy to have found you! I've really fallen in love with baking my own bread, but got tired of the same ol' same ol' that my bread machine was handing me, so I wanted to branch out to using my OWN oven here & there. All I have for pans are silicone loaf pans, and am wondering, since you all seem to have a specific interest in metal pans, if that's what I should do as well.

I've tried baking directly on the pizza stone, but it wound up being bird food, as it was too tough for much of anything else. Perhaps I kneaded too much, I don't know.

In any case, I'd appreciate your comments :)

still finding my way, after all these years.
