I have breast lumps too. They are cysts. No one has ever suggested that they be removed -- but they sure can be painful every now and then. My Mom had breast cysts removed several times, when she was a younger woman (40's?). In those days, they couldn't determine if the lumps were malignant or not until they were out of the body, so..........
I think they have a needle procedure now where they can simply drain them.
Breast lumps either are or are not malignant. If they were determined to be not malignant before, they will not be malignant now. They can't change. But the non-malignant lumps sure can be painful.
Good luck at your mammo today.
Every day is a second chance. Every day is precious time.
Andi, I will be with you in spirit today. Keep all of us on your mind because we will all be thinking, hoping and praying for you. Now and always. You have won a permanent place in my heart.
I keep thinking about Oma too. Are you able to read this, Oma? Please know how much we all miss you and pray for you.
I am really, really concerned about Oma. I contacted Ashley about calling her DH since his number would be on Sharon's phone but never heard back from her. I will speak with her about it again on Saturday. Maybe Andi will have heard something by then too.

Didn't have mammogram. Was coughing, wheezing and having trouble breathing. It has been getting worse. I was in the house packing last night.
Anyway, spent the day in the ER of the new St Luke's Hospital. Asked a bunch of questions, got progressively upset going thru the questions. Emergency contact always gets me started... No one, family, no one, children no one, preference of pastor not particularly. They wrote scripts for my thyroid men's at least. Did a bunch of tests. Sent me home. They wouldn't discuss the results of tests or the diagnosis of tests on file. They called my pulmonologist but he didn't respond to messages. Time for a second opinion.
Came home to Winston. Hugged him and had a good cry. Fed him, took him for a walk I passed a wooded path hoping my neighbor Christine was home. Nope. Ran into landlord instead. He was nasty. I told him that I spent the entire day in the emergency room, didn't feel well, reiterated being in the house packing is making me sick, showed him my bracelet and electrodes still stuck to my chest. He stayed nasty. Not worth repeating. I'll chat with the attorney general again tomorrow.
He told me that if I didn't clean my bathroom I would get mold. I told him I had to cover the vent to the attic with plastic to be able to breathe in the bathroom at all I then said that I cleaned the bathroom the same frequency with the same cleaners as everywhere else I lived. I didn't need to wear oxygen tanks or go to the emergency rooms unable to breathe there.
He said that I refuse to let him in to fix anything. I told him that I am definitely leaving. He was only willing to consider fixing anything when I started withholding rent. I said the main problem is mold or other toxins causing my asthma. He refuses to admit a problem. He refuses to have professional remediators make a free evaluation of the air quality. I then asked where we're the replacement stove, dryer, air conditioner. I told him that a tenant should get a replacement the day after telling the landlord it is broken. I told him to show up with a trace entity stove, dryer and air conditioning dictionary to prove he is trying to fix things instead of trying to blame me for giving up on him as a landlord.
I told him I was sleeping on the living grounds room floor since July because my mattress got ruined in the moldy room. Then I told him I got so sick with the windows closed that I can't be in the house with them closed. I told him that I was sleeping in Joe's spare room since the weekend. I only enter his toxic house to pack. I am looking for a place to live and packing as best I can given my deteriorating health.
He can't wait to get someone else paying rent for that dump.
No help available from any inspectors or departments for normal renters. If I were in public housing with the welfare mothers and recovering drug addicts I could get help.

The only medical professional to review and comment on the biopsy report was my friend the vet at Stanford. She said it is worrisome to have two different kinds of benign lumps in the same area arising around the same time. She said either had the potential to become cancerous in the future especially the painful fluid filled. She said if I were a dog both would have been excised during the biopsy. I want both removed. There is a breast surgery group at the new hospital. I started things rolling with them. The clerk said they may want to do a diagnostic visit before a mammogram. I signed a form for them to transfer the records.
One good piece of news. The chick with the head Scarf who didn't show up to my appointment last year is no longer employeed. I sense there is a story behind that. I hope my complaints last year helped get her fired.
I hate the ads on cubits tonight. Using Chrome on the phone. Usually use Firefox on the pic which blocks ads.
Andi, I'm so thankful you're home - well, not the mold infested home but at least did not have to be admitted althought at least you would have been able to breathe. Oh I look forward to the day you are OUT of there. When I had breast cancer, my surgeon only dealt with breast health. That's all she did although I remember her saying once that she did gall bladder surgery once in awhile because it was fun. What??? How could cutting anybody open for anything be fun.
I'm thinking Oma should have received your letter by now and I'm concerned that you haven't heard from her husband or her. Hopefully soon we'll know how she's doing. I know Sharon's death will break her heart.

Andi, you had a miserable day. We will all be so glad when you are able to get out of there and as I've said before, I wish we could help more than just being your cheering section. You've concluded correctly that your landlord is not sympathetic to your situation, only to his bottom line. I think I might refuse to even talk to him, since it may be just another irritation for you knowing that he will do nothing anyway.
